The default Freshdesk search will be across the portal since we have the articles in text. We can have the Print button for articles if you really want the PDF then we have to update the PDF as an attachment in the articles. - Support Video - If you provide the embed video, we can use it in the code.
- The option to require Username/PWD and the option to also have open content

· Analytics - What kind of anaytics? What metric do you want to analyse? From where the data will be pulled or updates , is there any internal database? Ideally, we’d see a demo of the types of analytics you provide. Like views, engagement (how long on the page), what content is most popular. What types of analytics do your other customers track? Are you asking if we have an internal database so we can move the data from FreshDesk to our database? That is more down the line, what we are looking for is just data on the engagement with our content.

- Engagement (like, commenting) - where do you want to have a commenting functionality. The commenting functionality—would be for articles and we’d like to know best practices from your other customers. - Comments will be available for the forum and not for the solution articles.
- Easy administration – I would like to see a demo of the administration.
- Adding, removing, editing - What is it that you would like to edit. When we need to update content we’d be editing—release notes, etc..
- Customizing - What customization are you referring to - we would need very clear details We are in the beginning stages so we want to understand what can be customized.

- Analytics Dashboard - from where will the data be pulled to the dashboard and how? Do you have internal database or API keys for this – again back to the topic above. But it sounds like you don’t have basic analytics on the content and user.
- Easily up level content that is most popular, or by stage “getting started”
